Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Effective Date: January 2022

1. Scope

This policy applies to all services, programs, classes, workshops, and products offered by Přijetí(collectively, “Services”).

2. Payment and Booking

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept debit,  credit cards, cash & e-transfer

A credit card must be placed on your file for booking retreats, or group sessions

Full payment is required for all products. 

3. Cancellations by Clients

  • Workshops, Classes & Group Programs

    • 14+ days before start: 100% refund (minus a $25 admin fee).

    • 7–13 days before: 50% refund.

    • Less than 7 days: No refund.

  • Private Sessions / Packages

    • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or ability to reschedule.

    • Less than 48 hours notice: No refund; option to reschedule once.

  • Products

    • Unused, unopened items returned within 14 days are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping). Customized products are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations by Přijetí

If we cancel or reschedule, you can:

  • Transfer to another equivalent session.

  • Receive a full refund.

    Please include your name, service, scheduled date, and reason for cancellation.

6. Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Fees

Admin/processing fees and event-specific costs are non-refundable.

8. Special Circumstances

Illness, emergencies, or extenuating circumstances will be handled case-by-case. We may offer credits or partial refunds at our discretion—with proof provided.

9. No‑Show Policy

Clients who do not attend without prior notice (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

10. Modifications to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will be revised accordingly.
